Tra le sue produzioni ed i suoi remix .. chi non ricorda il tormentone che riprendeva la canzone della Berte ...”e ci ritroviamo in alto mare ....” bene era proprio lui uno dei produttori di 2Black ma ha prodotto e remixato anche PITBULL, SOPHIE ELLIS BEXTOR, DJ DADO, BARBARA TUKER, MICHELLE WEEKS, ROCHETS, GALA, COOLIO, LUMIDEE, CAROLINA MARQUETZ, GIPSY KING, SEAN PAUL, UNDERDOG PROJECT, JUSTIN BIEBER, Ecc ecc senza dimenticare il remix di Sweet Dreams degli EURITHMICS che è tuttora presente in molti set di dj internazionali.

Nel 2008 ha prodotto il suo singolo “MATTARA - Send the message” contenente il sample di Mory Kante “Yeke Yeke” che ha avuto un successo internazionale portandolo a essere il disco Estate 2008 in Italia , in Europa e tra i primi 50 negli Stati Uniti e nell’estate del 2009 è uscito con “Dreams of my life” entrato in soli 7 giorni nei Top 100 dei singoli Italiani e in onda sui principali Network italiani.

Col Pseudonimo più Edm, Mat’s Mattara nel 2010 e con il singolo MAT’s MATTARA feat. RockMan “Opera” uscito su ULTRA Music e SPINNIN’ ha letteralmente invaso le classifiche club di mezzo mondo e supportato dai Top Dj come gli SWEDISH HOUSE MAFIA (Sigla Ushuaïa Ibiza 2010) , AXWELL , INGROSSO , CHUCKIE , BOB SINCLAR , DAVID GUETTA e molti altri.

Durante l’estate 2012 Stefano Mattara ha realizzato il remix per YOLANDA BE COOL con “We no speak americano” (tu vuo fa l’americano) che ha portato a essere la versione più usata dai dj .

Sempre nel 2012 con STEFANO MATTARA Vs ALEX AVENUE “Tango” la Top10 della Beatport House Chart, ed è stata utilizzata tra le sigle di “VELINE” su CANALE 5 ed inserito nel film natalizio del 2012 dei Fratelli Vanzina.

Nell’estate 2014 come Mat’s Mattara e con il singolo “Los Angeles” contenente il sample dei Doors, è stato nelle classifiche EDM club di mezzo mondo e supportato dai Big come MARTIN GARRIX, FIEBEATZ, DVBBS e DIMITRI VEGAS & LIKE MIKE anche al Tomorrowland. A fine 2014 con “Narcotic 2014” brano ispirato a Narcotic dei Liquido ha avuto supporto ancora da DIMITRI VEGAS & LIKE MIKE, FIREBEATZ e molti altri Big.

Nell’inverno 2014 come Stefano Mattara ha firmato la versione che sta spopolando in tutte le radio europee del tormentone ANA TIJOUX – “1977” . 

Sempre come Stefano Mattara nell’ultimo periodo con le sue produzioni TribalHouse come The Tribe e Kimba sta invadendo le charts house di mezza europa e sono supportate da GREGOR SALTO, PACO OSUNA, LENNY FONTANA, CAROLA dalla TOOLROOM, SPINNIN’ DEEP, ARMADA, HED KANDI e molti altri. 

Il suo essere eclettico nel produrre vari generi lo ha portato nel 2018 avere anche un’album con le sue versioni Reggaeton o meglio ReggaeBoot come le chiama lui, al numero 1 su iTunes per svariate settimane.

Nel 2019 ha creato RADIO WOW di cui è  anche lo Station Manager, emittente RadioTelevisiva del gruppo Sphera Holding con un Dna Giovane, Social, musicalmente Club/dance e che copre gran parte del Nord Italia.
